Introducing: Cozy Up, Texas
Summer’s over, folks. Soon, the weather will turn cooler, the days will become shorter. We’re entering the cozy season: the season of fire pits and blankets, cool fronts and crunchy leaves beneath our feet.
So we thought it would be fun to help usher in the coziness and inspire a little Fall season wanderlust by visiting some of the coziest places in Texas we know of. Each week, for the next six weeks, we’ll offer a photo tour introduction to six unusual, unforgettable, unexpected, and unquestionably cozy places to spend a Texas weekend getaway.
Here’s our cozy lineup:
Week One: A small town jail cell, now a chic boutique one-room hotel
Week Two: A family ranch treehouse
Week Three: A ghost town mansion
Week Four: An historic rail car
Week Five: The officer quarters of a Spanish Colonial presidio
Week Six: A luxurious African safari tent
Check back each week to take a photo tour of these amazing small-room getaways. And in the mean time, prepare to cozy up, Texas.
